Account Manager
AudienceScience has an exciting opportunity for an Account Manager in the East Coast Client Services team. Reporting to the Manager of Client Services the successful candidate will have the primary responsibility of maintaining and growing a portfolio of advertiser campaigns. The Account Manager builds relationships with their clients and proactively monitors and optimizes campaigns with the objectives of attaining the clients' goals and maximizing revenue. The person in this role will work closely with the Sales team to ensure client needs and expectations are met and to assist with up-sell opportunities. Additionally, the Account Manager will interact frequently with other departments to resolve client inquiries.
Responsibilities:
The Account Manager is responsible for accomplishing the objectives and responsibilities outlined below:
- Manage, establish, and expand advertising campaigns for designated portfolio of clients.
- For each account, perform thorough client needs analysis and identify strategies for meeting campaign objectives and maximizing campaign ROI.
- Maintain a close relationship with each client through routine follow-up and exceptional execution and service.
- Exceeding clients’ expectations setting the stage that the client is #1 – everything is about them.
- Analyze, maintain, adjust, and troubleshoot existing campaigns.
- Exceeding set department and client performance goals.
- Synchronize activities with sales executives and assist with up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Utilize internal reporting offerings to proactively provide audience insights to portfolio of clients.
- Initiate renewal efforts with each client.
Requirements/Skills:
- 3+ years online advertising/account management experience.
- Experience managing various types of online media.
- Proven experience working with advertisers to fully understand their business model and campaign objectives, and ability to develop strategies to meet their goals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong overall computer skills.
- Strong analytic aptitude.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience using media and sales tracking tools.
- Ability and willingness to train new team members.
- BA/BS degree
