AudienceScience, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant within the Advertiser Sales team. Reporting to the Director of Sales for the West, the successful candidate’s primary responsibility is to support the outside sales teams.

Responsibilities:

The Sales Assistant is responsible for accomplishing the objectives and responsibilities outlined below:

  • Inputting sales proposals into MediaVisor/Atlas
  • Assisting sales team with developing sales proposals; extensive use of Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Processing expense reports for individual sales reps
  • Travel planning/booking
  • Data input into Salesforce
  • Salesforce reporting- including pipeline reports
  • Salesforce mailings- customized communications to existing and potential customers
  • Ad Database reporting- assist sales team in prospecting and identifying appropriate contacts at targeted client companies
  • Assist with pre-sales call research utilizing programs such as Ad Relevance
  • Setting up arrangements for client meetings, client education sessions, etc.
  • Liaison between marketing and sales to coordinate high profile agency events
  • Liaison between billing and sales to handle discrepancies/collections

Requirements/Skills:

  • 2-5 years experience as administrative assistant and/or office management
  • Strong office and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft word processing and graphics programs, including MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented
  • Customer service oriented
  • Familiarity with sales programs such as Salesforce and other database programs
  • Experience in the media industry a plus
