Campaign Coordinator

AudienceScience, Inc. has an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Coordinator. The Campaign Coordinator's primary responsibility is to support the Account Managers and Sales Executives with the launch of new campaigns and to assist with the analysis of existing campaigns. The Campaign Coordinator provides excellent customer service and works closely with the Client Services, Sales and Ad Operations teams to ensure a smooth campaign set up process.

Responsibilities

The Campaign Coordinator is responsible for accomplishing the objectives and responsibilities outlined below:

• Participate in client pre-launch calls with Account Managers and follow up on set up deliverables (creative, pixel placement, etc.)
• Set up new advertiser campaigns, working closely and communicating frequently with Account Managers and Ad Operations to ensure timely and accurate campaign launch.
• Provide screenshots of live campaigns to Account Managers and Sales Reps.
• Assist Account Managers with post-campaign reporting requests.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to provide weekly performance metrics and custom reports on key accounts.
• Cross-train with the Ad Operations team and provide assistance with creative upload and campaign QA during busy periods.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the Product Development team on internal campaign set up and management tools.
• Provide overall support to the Client Services team to exceed the clients’ expectations.

Requirements/Skills:

• 1+ years of professional experience; online advertising/account management experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong overall computer skills.
• Strong analytic aptitude.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability and willingness to train new team members.
• BA/BS degree preferred
